Overall an entertaining movie with unexpected twists. Some actors are good and some scenes need better cinematography/directing. There are multiple plot lines - the kidnapped person before and after the kidnapping, the kidnapper, the person for whom the kidnapper is working, the lover, the news reporter clashing with the established news reporter, the investigation, and the law enforcement. There's no sex or lust -- some jealousy.
Don't discount the movie. It's a work in the rough and you just go with it. It does captivate you. Not slow. Moves along. It's a typical drama mystery without a murder.

Generally a good movie but the ending military scenes were pathetically unreal. Apaches don't fly in 30 feet from a building and fire Hellfire missiles (the missiles wouldn't arm). The HMMWVs didn't have a TOW, a LAW, or a weapon system bigger than a 50 cal?! Troops don't run down the middle of the road in an urban environment unless they have death wish. Chinooks don't fly spread out like they're in some sort of race to get somewhere first. There was no command and control of the troops - just indiscriminate action. A little more thought would have helped. But it's great that everyone lived happily ever after.
The morons who gave this movie anything more than 3 stars must never have been in the military. Pathetic scenario responses in every scene. The military doesn't take kindly to a junior officer questioning a commander which happens 3-5 times in 10 min in this movie.
