This is quite literally the poor man's version of Lost.
But with unlikeable characters, no one to really root for, diversity hires and not one bona fide psycho, criminal or sexual predator.
In a grouping such as this, the fact that here isn't a legit sex for resources and protection racket is beyond unbelievable.
The one consistent stand out performance is Victor (Scott McCord) and Julie's (Hannah Cheramy) occasional bust/down blouse shots are her best acting.
The unravelling of the multiple mystery threads are haphazard and incomplete. New characters are introduced without fully rounding out existing ones.
From is not something that is a "must see", and I doubt it is a watercooler conversation.
Something to put on in the background while you play on your phone/pad because you're stuck at home.

Great visuals.
That's where it ends.
Cliche story with little character development.
Tries to be The Iron Giant, Wall-E and Bicentennial Man only to fail.
The story of a robot becoming self aware due to a catalyst of usually a small child, is a tired and old trope. The music is lackluster and voice acting is even more mediocre. Dreamworks and Pixar Animation is quickly going the way of Disney Animation.
Story telling isn't just dying in the West, it's been dead for decades. If you want story and stunning visuals, the Far East is you best bet. Japan is still based when it comes to animated story telling.

The first two "episodes" are Wanda and Vision. Basically 7 minute trailers for upcoming Wanda & Vision TV series.
I anticipate the next two will probably be Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
These are basically a compilation of clips from the movies, nothing new and not like the "Marvel 1 Shot" series inbetween the movie releases.
Waste of time. I've seen better fan made clips on Youtube.
