Denshi Sentai Denjiman (1980)
Best Sentai Series EVER!
I never realized how much I would enjoy this show! I found the opening on Youtube, so watched it on the Internet Archive. Safe to say that this is now one of my favorite tokusatsu shows, placing it above others I like such as Kamen Rider Wizard (which I honestly didn't think I was going to find something better than that show). Can't go wrong with this colorful cast of characters! Each has a unique personality, which I enjoy. My personal favorite is DenziBlue (Daigoro Oume). Kenji Ohba did a great job at acting this character. All in all, this is a great show which I would recommend to any tokusatsu fan. Denziman! Denziman!
Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows (2005)
The BEST movie in the trilogy!
Yes, I'm saying trilogy here (I'm not counting The Legend Reborn). This movie is actually a masterpiece, enough so that I have rewatched it multiple times over now. Why? Well, evil Vakama of course! The film-noir esque storytelling fits perfectly with the theme of this film (a breaking of unity, duty, and destiny). But in perfect bionicle fashion, Unity comes back to reunite our toa heroes. Even if the big reunion at the end does release Makuta again, I still find it a solid ending. Also, because this movie focuses over a shorter period of time, the characters feel much more fleshed out. I even liked the rahaga, I'll admit. Rahaga Kualus may have only gotten 2 lines in the entire film, but those lines are my favorite (it's just him screaming for help, but let a man dream). Anyways, this movie made me want to turn into a bug-lizard and kiss Sidorak until Mata Nui has to tear us apart. 10/10.
Five Nights at Freddy's (2023)
A must-watch for any FNAF fan!
Alright folks, this is a movie you're gonna have to do your research on. And either way, half of that research is fannon, so things won't exactly be the same. It's a jolly good time of a film, and even for someone like myself who hardly understands the FNAF lore, it had me at the edge of my seat. The puppetry on the animatronics is great, and the action scenes might even be better. Watching a guy's face get mauled off by a robot cupcake might have been just as good as seeing MatPat get an appearance as a side character. Not only that, but the Sparky the Dog refrence? That was like heaven to me! All in all, any FNAF fan should watch this movie. Also I forgot the name of the guy in the spring bonnie suit but they made his voice hot so that's a bonus.
Sleeper (1973)
Didn't age well.
I tried hard to like this movie, I really did. But I walked away only liking the soundtrack. Thr main character is not good and unlikable at best, the idea of the plot is good but not well executed, and some scenes had me rethink why I bothered to turn the movie on. Not even a nice bowl of popcorn and some snacks let me enjoy my experience with this movie. Adding on about some scenes (which I will not say which for the sake of not spoilering the film) are downright a drag and are extremely stuck in the period they were created. I would honestly watch all of the Birdemic trilogy and then again in reverse order than watch this movie again.
