Warning! Spoilers for Outlander season 7, episode 16 ahead!
Master Raymond has returned to the Outlander series, and there is so much more to this character than meets the eye. The finale of Outlander season 7 placed Master Raymond at the center of its big twist, with Claire realizing that her daughter, Faith, may have lived after all. This revelation came just after Claire saw Raymond at her bedside in a vision, paying off the promise he made in Outlander season 2 that he and Claire would see one another again. There is still a lot of mystery surrounding this character, but the Outlander books have some answers.
Claire met Master Raymond back in Outlander season 2 when the man was working as an apothecary in France. The two developed a quick kinship, established by their shared love for healing and medicinal herbs and plants.

Fans of Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander novels and novellas might’ve picked up on a slender story thread woven into the Season 7, Part 2 premiere and continued in the most recent episode. (And if you didn’t, don’t worry: We’ll explain).

Exclusive: Jackson White (Tell Me Lies) has been tapped to star opposite Lily James in the upcoming film inspired by the story of Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, from 20th Century Studios and Ethea Entertainment.
While it’s not entirely clear who White will be playing, we’re told he’s set for the part of Herd’s love interest. The untitled feature goes into production this year.
Famously launching the online dating platform Bumble after co-founding and departing Tinder, Herd became one of the youngest self-made billionaires at age 31, when Bumble went public in 2021. While she stepped down as CEO last year, the app continues to be hugely popular amongst the single crowd.
Plot details for the film remain vague, as it’s said to be somewhat loosely inspired by Herd’s story. Rachel Lee Goldenberg will direct from her script written with Bill Parker and Kim Caramele, with...

Our time-traveling adventure begins anew with The Way Home Season 2 Episode 1 (don't forget to click that link for a full recap).
The premiere, though, was actually devoid of said traveling, providing more of a jumping-off point for the next phase to begin.
It’s clear the pond is not done with this family, and no matter how hard they work to stay away, only nature itself can prevent them from taking a dip.
“The Space Between” reminds us of how it all works.
First of all, weather is a factor, as Kat and Alice soon found out. You can’t jump into the pond without knowing if you’ll be trapped under the ice forever.
There are dangers involved with time travel, even through a local family pond.
At this point in the story, at least, the pond acts as a linear portal through time. To jump in the pond...

Pet Sematary has been sequelized, rebooted, and now with the arrival of Pet Sematary: Bloodlines it has a prequel. Adapting Stephen King’s works for the screen is a risky enough proposition, creating new stories based on them even more so as anyone whose seen a few Children of the Corn sequels or reboots can attest. King himself however seems to be happy with this film and tweeted:
“In the book, this is the story Jud Crandall tells Louis Creed to try and dissuade him from using the Pet Sematary,” wrote King. “The screenplay takes a few liberties, but it’s a fine story. David Duchovny is excellent. The secret, as always, is caring about the characters.”

As much as no actor likes to be typecast, there are some roles that become so career-defining that its impossible to separate the performer from the role they play. Anyone who's ever been a fan of The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, either as a kid or as an adult will probably always know actress Amy Jo Johnson as the Pink Power Ranger. While the actors who played the original Power Rangers have frequently returned for reunions and the films, there was a noticeable absence from the most recent movie, The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always. Fans couldn't help but notice that Amy Jo Johnson, who...

The new year is continuing apace at Hulu. The streamer’s list of new releases for February 2022 is highlighted by one very interesting project.
Pam and Tommy is set to premiere on Feb. 2. Perhaps the Groundhog Day release date is intentional as the show will cover a particular moment of celebrity, sex, and exploitation from the early ’90s that seems to have repeated itself over and over. Sebastian Stan and Lily James star as Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson and the series follows the events and fallout of their homemade sex tape being stolen and unleashed on a nascent internet. If nothing else, getting the promo photos of Stan and James as the ’90s stars was worth it.

Welcome to this week’s “Just for Variety.”
Paris Jackson has a few acting credits under her belt. The 23-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson has appeared on television shows “Star,” “Scream: The TV Series” and “American Horror Stories.” On the film side, we’ve seen her in “Gringo” with Charlize Theron as well as indies “The Space Between” and “Habit.”
But it’s her work in “Sex Appeal,” Hulu’s new coming-of-age movie, which is about a brainy high schooler (Mika Abdalla) who tries preparing for a night with her long-distance boyfriend by experimenting with her best friend (Jake Short), that may get Jackson the most attention yet. She plays Danica, a classmate known for her expertise around the bedroom. “Danica is rad. She wears combat boots, and she listens to metal music,” Jackson tells me. “That’s who I was when I was in high school. And...

Kelsey Grammer becomes a long-haired, washed-up, kind of creepy has-been rock star in The Space Between, a drama that just happens to feature music from Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo. The trailer you’re about to see is interesting, in that it starts off rather silly, with Grammer’s zonked-out musician recording an album that’s nothing more than the […]

See Frasier star Kelsey Grammer as you've never seen him before in the first trailer for the comedy/drama The Space Between. Sporting long, shaggy hair and an unkempt beard, the actor takes a copious amount of questionable substances and waxes philosophical about life and love as ageing rock star Micky Adams in this inspiring new coming-of-age movie from Paramount.
Paramount's The Space Between stars Golden Globe Winner Kelsey Grammer and picks up during the iconic 90s LA music scene. Micky Adams (Grammer), an eccentric has-been rock musician, loses his grip on reality all while his record label is looking to drop him and his newly created "unique" albums. In hopes of breaking out of the record-label mailroom, a young Charlie Porter (Jackson White) is tasked with traveling to the musician's bizarre home and forcing Micky Adams out of his contract.
