Netflix has revealed its lineup for February 2025.
Reality TV enthusiasts are in for a treat. Netflix is putting a strong focus on this genre with the return of Love Is Blind for its eighth season, along with the debut of Celebrity Bear Hunt, a fresh competition-based reality show. For those who prefer a gripping thriller, Netflix will drop Apple Cider Vinegar, a new series premiering on February 6 that’s worth keeping an eye on.
In other big news, the highly popular series Cobra Kai will release its final batch of five episodes this month, marking the end of the TV series. While it’s bittersweet for fans, this isn’t the last we’ll see of Daniel Larusso, as he’s set to appear in an upcoming Karate Kid movie hitting theaters later this year.
Beyond these highlights, Netflix is also adding plenty of films and shows to its catalog.

For those that worship at the altar of Mindy Kaling, February brings good news.
The comedian’s latest project, “Running Point,” is a 10-episode comedy series starring Kate Hudson. When a scandal forces her brother to resign, Isla (Hudson) is put in charge of the L.A. Waves, one of the most famous NBA teams — and a family business. Also starring Brenda Song, Drew Tarver, Jay Ellis and Max Greenfield, the show is the easiest of easy binge watches, with a bunch of comedians (and fun famous cameos!) set loose to do their thing.
For a laugh-free experience, this month also finds Robert De Niro in his first regular TV role, when the limited series “Zero Day,” also starring Jesse Plemons, Lizzy Caplan, Angela Bassett, and Connie Britton comes to the platform February 20.
Here’s the logline: “Respected former U.S. President George Mullen, as head of the Zero Day Commission,...

Life imitated art in the most beautiful of ways when, in 1970, the characters of Julie Olson and Doug Williams met on “Days of Our Lives,” and their real-life counterparts, Susan Seaforth and Bill Hayes fell in love and lived happily ever after, in a marriage that last 50 years, until his death earlier this year. Now, “Days” and Seaforth Hayes will be paying tribute to the man who once sang to both Julie and Susan that they are “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World.”
“Being without Bill is quite a change,” Seaforth Hayes tells Variety. “I really appreciate what the producers have done to honor him — to allow me to give pretty much the same eulogy [on the show for Doug] that I gave [Bill] at our church. I certainly didn’t expect that. He deserved to be lifted up, and I was so, so pleased that [his death] wasn’t just passed over as something that happened off stage.

Werner’s skill for fixing and translating radios leads him to a high position in the Nazi effort to decode secret broadcasts that their targets might send. Marie-Laure herself becomes a broadcaster after her father moves her to her uncle’s home in a small, seaside French town.

The All Quiet on the Western Front cast is just one of the elements contributing to the acclaimed for this Best Picture nominee. The Netflix film is based on the 1929 novel of the same name by Erich Maria Remarque, which was previously adapted for film in 1930 to great acclaim. However, the 2022 version of the story is considered a new adaptation of Remarque’s book rather than a remake of the original film, making Netflix’s All Quiet on the Western Front a new, different experience. This new version has found its own staggering level of acclaim. Following its Golden Globe win for Best Foreign Language Film, All Quiet on the Western Front has been nominated for nine Academy Awards, including Best Picture, a testament to the talents of the filmmakers and the cast.

Munich-based Neuesuper, one of the rising values on Germany’s ebullient new TV scene, is teaming with Ard Degeto to develop “Breitscheidplatz,” a drama-thriller that depicts the build-up to Berlin’s 2016 Christmas market truck attack which left 12 dead.
The series, however, will buck trends, presenting not a matter-of-fact rehashing of the events leading up to the attack, but rather a fictional interpretation of what might have happened, turning on two German policemen working at a time when Europe had suffered a blitz of attacks, attempting to prevent a similar outrage in Germany.
“One of the huge questions poised by the attack is how on earth it could have happened, how did the security forces come to make such mistakes?” said Simon Amberger, one of the producers for Neuesuper.
A six-part series commissioned for Ard Degeto by Carolin Haasis, “Breitscheidplatz” tries to deliver an answer. Picturing the daily work of the...
