Tali's sister Mikaela is played by Julia Anastasopoulos' real sister Stephanie Anastasopoulos. She had never acted before.
The concept for the show came about when Julia Anastasopoulos was planning her wedding to Ari Kruger, who is the director and co-creator of the show.
