The premise that this is anything other than exploitation of the girls being filmed is revealed in the first few minutes.
The show claims to be reality but is impossible to believe that these women have not signed a contract before filming. In fact we now know that they do. This show is a classic demonstration of the primary form of fraud perpetrated in our country. so called experts and self-anointed crusaders lying about crucial details for personal gain.
There have also been substantiated claims by the women being filmed that they were promised financial and social help in exchange for participation. This help never comes. Instead they are abandoned to social services and at least two have been arrested. Very suspicious.
Airing this show is extremely irresponsible and it is obvious that A&E did no vetting to verify the intentions or capabilities of Mr. Brown.
If I could give it zero out of 10 I would.
