A man (Robert Linden) claiming to be an ancient extra-terrestrial alien and calling himself Zhon: Jacob Jingle Heimer Schmidt, turns himself in to the US secret service and demonstrates special powers. He insists on being interrogated. Agent David Killjoy (Eric Schumacher) is given the case and attempts to interview Zhon. Zhon demonstrates that he can disappear at will and insists that he will only be interviewed by the beautiful Amanda Bella, (Alida Gunn), a beautiful TV talk show host. Amanda and her young and vivacious personal assistant, Mindy Anne (Michele Holland) agree to interview Zhon and reluctantly agree to keep it secret. Zhon begins to tell stories of Earth's history from his perspective, starting with a tale of old England.

The first interview with Zhon continues, discussing his age, his accidental "landing", and the real origins of Kung Fu.

Zhon explores the NSD. later, during an interview, he claims he is the creator of some of Earth's most famous culinary concoctions as the mystery of what he's really doing a the NSD deepens.

Zhon tells a story about his home world in what could be Zhon's craziest story yet. David confronts Zhon after Amanda leaves in a huff.

Zhon's stories become more intricate as he describes his quick exit from ancient China, claims to have invented beat-box, and his meeting of a beautiful stranger in Ancient Rome.

The increasing pressure on David begins to take its toll, while Zhon tempts the group with hints about a story unlike any other.

Zhon makes friends with Agent Blue, while Amanda and Mindy steal something from the NSD.
