When Sonia slaps Tashi, after he found out he kissed Menaka, Tashi had a gun tucked in his belt buckle. Yet after a few seconds later, after Tashi slaps Menaka's ex husband, the gun is gone.
When Tashi and Menaka are leaving the party, Tashi mentions that it's the middle of the night. When they arrive at the hotel, they're able to slip into an elderly tourist couple's room because the chambermaid is cleaning it - at an hour when most people, particularly most older people, would be in bed already.
In the scene where Nitin Kunaal Roy Kapur is taking pictures of the dead man, the dead man is breathing.
