Danny Ligsay and Rick Turner were assigned to write and produce a 3-minute short film for a film class at Towson University. Ligsay wrote the screenplay for this film, which ended up twenty-two pages long. Their professor discouraged them from cutting the script down, but instead make an extended trailer of the film for the assignment. Ligsay and Turner decided to shoot the entire movie anyway.
