When Morgan turns on the car (the second crime scene), Prentiss notices that "[the unsub] turned the heat all the way up." Presumably, the car had not been used since the couple was killed in it (which was the previous night), so the engine coolant would have cooled down and the heater would not have worked. Prentiss would have noticed a blast of air at whatever temperature it was inside the car, yet she reacts as if the vent was blowing hot air.
When the team arrives in Akron, they show an exterior shot of a building that says "Akron Police Dept" and the address shows "3737". Not only is this not a shot of the Police Dept, the actual address number is 217. However, the interior shots do look like the interior of Akron Police Dept.
Garcia shows her "normal" outfit on the plane to Akron. When the team arrives at the Police station, everyone has the clothes they wore on the plane, except Garcia.
Actually no one has the same clothes when they get to the Police station as they did on the plane. For Example, Reid had a sweater vest and a light-colored shirt with dots on the plane, and a purple shirt with black stripes in the station. Morgan goes from a dark shirt to a white long sleeved t-shirt when he and Prentiss looks at the car. And so on. It's clearly the next morning.

When Garcia takes out her contact lens she has nothing pinched in her fingers.
The team looks at the crime scene photos on what appears to be a video projector. There is no slide carousel visible, and whenever Prentiss presses the button to change the displayed image, the images move past an FBI backdrop. Yet whenever she presses the button, the sound of a slide projector changing slides is heard.
