- The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles meet their match -- Literally! The modern, gritty Ninja Turtles must team up with their classic cartoon counterparts to stop two Shredders and their plans of multi-dimensional scale.
- An out of the ordinary encounter with strange alien ooze mutates four ordinary pet turtles Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello into talking, walking, fighting green machines! Together, these brothers train with the legendary sensei rat, Splinter, to master the martial art of Ninjitsu. In this truly turtle powered tale, the turtles from one dimension meet the turtles from another dimension when a teleporting mishap occurs. What the shell is going on? Together, the turtles must locate the Technodrome to fix this mess! Meanwhile, Shredder tracks down his counterpart, Ch'rell, who devises a master plan to travel back to the Prime Universe to get rid of the turtles once and for all! As worlds collide, the turtles come face to face with classic characters like Casey and April, and a slew of enemies including Krang, Hun, the Foot Soldiers, the Purple Dragons, Bebop and Rocksteady!
- The Ninja Turtles are seemed to be one of a kind. Or are they? They soon discover another quartet that almost look identical to them. Except they joke around too much. But new threat approaches, in the form of an old foe. None other than the Shredder threatens the very existence of the Turtle Multiverse. Will the Turtles prevail? We'll find out.
- The 2003 Ninja Turtles find their 1987 originals captured and held hostage by Hun. The 2003 Turtles defeat Hun, and the Purple Dragons and rescue their classic originals and escape to the modern Turtles' Lair. Meanwhile, the Technodrome from the 1987 TV series along with Shredder, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady are together again and fight both versions of the turtles. Meanwhile the classic Shredder, transports the Utrom Shredder back from the ice asteroid that he was sent to after the "Exodus" episode. The classic Shredder and Krang had no idea that the modern Shredder would turn against them and sets out to erase the entire Ninja Turtle Universe, starting all the way back to the 1984 Mirage Comic series to where the Ninja Turtles are as of today, including the 1987 TV series Turtles, the live-action turtles, all the comic book turtles, and the modern TV series Turtles.
