Gimmick for this edition of WSW is simple: careful casting of lookalike pairs of actresses for each of the four standalone vignettes.

Lovely Gizelle Blanco and Katie Kush have a strong resemblance, all the more to let the incest-obsessed members of the Lesbian CInema audience to imagine them as sisters, while all the characters are not tagged as such. Voiceover narration replaces dialogue, establishing the pair as BFFs who live together with a Platonic relationship.

After one Gizelle comes home one morning after a bad night, where her boyfriend abused her on a date, Katie is sympathetic and comforting turns to XXX sex.

Next scene is more fanciful, as blonde Paisley Porter narrates a flashback of her in a hospital in Costa Rica recuperating from breast enlargement surgery. She falls in love with her caring nurse Kayley Gunner, who is a living testament to the wonders of such plastic surgery, and a half hour of breast worship and Sapphic sex.

Jazmin Luv and Lily Glee have a routine sex on the couch segment, and finale has bored Kia Taylor and Alex Coal playing board games, stuck together in Pandemic quarantine, with lesbian sex an obvious release.

These girls are not true lookalikes, but the resemblance throughout is no coincidence.
