- Dementus: You fabulous thing. You crawled out of a pitiless grave, deeper than hell. Only one thing that is going to do that for you. Not hope. Hate. No shame in hate. It's one of the greatest forces of nature.
- Monologue: Prologue - 45 years after the collapse, a young Furiosa is taken from her family. She will devote the rest of her life to finding her way home. This is her odyssey.
- Dementus: [after Dementus pulls the knife handle from Furiosa's boot] That wasn't hope, it was instinct.
- Praetorian Jack: If you survive everything we take on together, you'll have all the skills you'll need to go wherever you want to go.
- Dementus: What you want dear, are my cries of anguish. Anguish without end. And if I could give you that I would. But I don't fear the loss of bliss in heaven. Or retribution in hell. And I've got a fiendishly high pain threshold.
- Dementus: Where were they going, so full of hope? There is no hope! Not for them, not for you, certainly not for me!
- The History Man: There always was, is, and will be war. The Sumerian fought the Elamite. The Saxon fought the Viking. And so the histories grew. There were the wars of the roses, the oranges, the opium wars. There were the one day, the six day, the thousand day. North against south, east against west. The first, second, third, countless wars of religion and righteous belief. The oil wars, water wars, a tri-nation nuclear war. The battle of the boom towns. And now, my dears, the forty day wasteland war. Eyes for eyes, teeth for teeth. Rage fueled by grief.
- Furiosa: What are you doing? Is there a problem?
- Praetorian Jack: You drive the V8.
- Furiosa: I drive the War Rig.
- Praetorian Jack: Not today. Today you drive Pursuit.
- Dementus: Either way, that last shot will turn my brain into a pink mist so fast I won't even hear the sound of the gun.
- Praetorian Jack: This place at the end of your map of secrets. Where is it?
- [Furiosa pulls away from him]
- Praetorian Jack: My mother and father were soldiers. Even as the world fell, they yearned to be warriors for a virtuous cause. For them, it never happened. I wanna help you find this place, wherever it may be.
- Furiosa: Come with me.
- Immortan Joe: Who's that?
- Dementus: That... is my daughter, Little D. Little Dementus.
- Immortan Joe: She looks nothing like you.
- Dementus: Yes, well she has her mother's perfections and none of my deficiencies.
- Immortan Joe: Where's the mother?
- Dementus: Magnificent woman. Fierce, intelligent; taken so cruelly protecting this little one from marauders.
- Immortan Joe: She looks pale.
- Dementus: You look pale. She's perfect. Not like the genetic absurdities you have for sons.
- Lone War Boy: Is this Halballa? Am I in Valhalla?
- Big Jilly: What's Valhalla?
- The History Man: Valhalla is the hall of the slain, a paradise for dead heroes.
- Dementus: Good for you. We're looking for a place of abundance.
- Lone War Boy: What's abundance?
- The History Man: Abundance: plentifulness. Having a copious quantity of something.
- Lone War Boy: Co... what's "copious quantity"?
- Dementus: A lot of stuff. A lot of good stuff.
- Dementus: [seeing Immortan Joe for the first time] Adorable. I'm afraid for you, sweetheart, really afraid. 'Cause Big Jilly here is gonna scoop you out, both ends, mush it up and feed it back to ya. That ain't nothing compared to what Mr. Norton here is dreaming of doing to you, 'cause Mr. Norton really hates big shots. Then there's Mr. Harley.
- Mr. Harley: G'day, mate!
- Dementus: Mr. Davidson, Rizzdale Pell and a thousand other mad bastards comin' after you, and there ain't nothing I can do to stop 'em.
