Across the tri-state of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania a fragmented collection of citizens hold the line against absolute corruption in the societies they live in. This collection of individuals of varying moralities unintentionally expose a grisly conspiracy being used to mask the Wealthy Elite's attempt at immortality by using everyday citizens as organ farms.
