At the end when Rotti shoots Nathan, you see the flash from the gun after the lights dim but then see the same flash again after the camera angle changes.

When the Largos' henchmen infiltrate Nathan's home to kill him, Nathan stabs two of them. After the second henchman drops, the tool Nathan was holding to kill them is completely clean.

During the song "Thankless Job", right after pulling the first organ off his victim, Nathan puts his mask on, but in the scene after him taking the man's heart off, he's no longer wearing the mask.

At the beginning of the movie Rotti is looking at the pictures of his children doing things he disapproves of and his children are in the room but two seconds later when the doctor walks in to tell him he is terminally ill they are gone.

When Shilo first points the gun at Rotti, she has very little blood on her right arm. When she turns to walk away and later returns to take the gun from Rotti, she has more blood on her right arm and back.

Graverobber reads a newspaper with the misspelled headline "GENECO IN OPERA FUED".

In the song "Chase The Morning" Blind Mag sings "You have your mother's eyes, her hair," though Shilo is bald. However, Blind Mag is not aware of Shilo's baldness.

In the picture which shows Pavi skinning the woman's face, Ogre's real face is shown, instead of Pavi's scarred face.

In the beginning of the movie where Shilo Wallace is in the grave yard hiding from the repo man, she is behind a head-stone. At one point (just after the Graverobber pulls the needle out of his pack and before he says "Lest it be you on the concrete below"), she leans on the tombstone and it moves.

The story in newspaper with the headline "Marni Calls Off Wedding!" shown during the "Gold" scene is about Blind Mag working for GeneCo, not Marni breaking up with Rotti,

Before Pavi snatches the Genterns' panties, he is clearly holding them in his hands.

During the number 'GraveRobber and Shilo Escape' when Amber Sweet pins GraveRobber against the wall (around 42:02) the set wall visibly moves.

At 14 minutes, when Nathan hands Shilo her wig, she dons it, but it looks very much like a wig, low down on her head, near her eyes. The length of the wig looks to be shoulder-length. Later, her hair looks more natural, with the hairline higher up on her forehead and her hair down to the middle of her back.

At 59 min, Amber comes into Rotti's office with a hat and wrap, both of which she removes. When she leaves, she takes the wrap but leaves her hat on the floor by the mirror.
