Goofs

During the first scene of Shel picketing in front of the Governor's house, one side of the the homemade sign he is carrying reads "Vote for Conrad Welling" and the other side, facing the street, reads "Strike for Gay Marriage." In the subsequent picketing scenes, both sides of the sign read the latter message.

Throughout the majority of the movie, Ted states that he is a prosecutor for the state, specifically an Assistant District Attorney. However, when he is first seen as the movie begins, he is in the courtroom at the defense table, and says something to the effect of "the defense does not object to..." before leaving to take a call from Shel. (In the DVD version, Ted is at the prosecution table and the line is now "The prosecution does not object to the defense's motion...".)
