The first is "Inspector Gadget's Field Trip." This show is incredibly boring. The premise is that you are going to various places in the world as a field trip, except you're going with inspector gadget. They show scenes of places like Venice and have Inspector Gadget's annoying voice as the narration. They also include little animated Inspector Gadget screwing around on the side of the screen. Why are we going on a field trip with Inspector Gadget? I understand it's trying to be educational, but why on earth Inspector Gadget? He's not even cool - he's a clown, a stupid clown at that. He's not being funny in the animated things, and he's got an incredibly annoying voice. They don't present the material in an interesting way either, Gadget is just spouting out facts about what we see. If I were a kid I would rather watch the Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, or History Channel, those at least are fun to watch. I did watch those channels, or at least Discovery, because it was interesting and they weren't just spouting out facts. Why didn't they pick someone more interesting to narrate, like a real person as a guide, or a cooler cartoon character? They could even invent a new cartoon character to be the guide. Bottom line, this show is boring.
