The above is the summary for this failed show and, frankly, it is probably more to the point than anything I could add!
This failed show is currently posted on YouTube in case you are curious. I love watching failed pilots, so me watching this is a natural.
The plot is VERY scant in this show. The three sisters live together and run a music business and need to pay their rent or out they're going. That's really it...and most of what should be plot is taken up by song after song...all of which have a very canned look and feel to them. The overall effect is pretty awkward.
Of the MANY songs they sing, the only ones I enjoyed were "The Pennsylvania Polka" and "Apple Blossom Time". The rest were either forgettable or godawful ("Hawaii").
I can see exactly why the networks passed on this one. Not only was the comedy unfunny but the show had a fake quality about it that it never could shake...nor did it try.
