Granted, it's been 16 years, but I still remember watching it and enjoying it. I might actually have this pilot on VHS somewhere. I don't remember tons about it, but I do recall on of the funniest lines I've ever heard on a television coming from it and it still makes me laugh to this day. Sunday is reintroduced to the Witherspoon character after several years and says,"Sunday, you used to be such a pretty child." He then looks at her for a while as says, "Damn!" in bewilderment and disappointment. The plot itself wasn't revolutionary, but I think it could have lasted a few seasons. A single mother moves her city kid's out of the rough and tumble big city into the country home she grew up in because she think it will be better for them. If I recall, there might have been some drama upon her leaving so it's not exactly easy for her to return.
