I saw this at a short film festival in Toronto, and this film was definitely the highlight. The premise is basically about a guy's misadventures, and attempts at proving himself on a bumper car course. In spite of the concept being so simple, a lot is achieved with the film, where at times it is genuinely funny, as well as suspenseful (as much as it can be for what it is). The cinematography and editing are great, the acting is enjoyable, and for a short film, it gets a lot across and definitely feels complete. If you ever have a chance to see this film, I'd recommend it easily, it won't take much time out of your schedule as well.
