Stroud is the founder of Carte Blanche, a production and finance company that shapes and develops scripts, coupling them with fantastic cast and creatives. As of December 2020, the most recent film they completed in-house starred Academy Award-winner Anthony Hopkins, was shot and produced by two-time Academy Award-nominee Dante Spinotti, with costumes designed by four-time Academy Award-winner Colleen Atwood. A few of Carte Blanche's recent titles include "The Card Counter," starring Oscar Isaac, Tye Sheridan, Tiffany Haddish, Willem Dafoe, and executive produced by Martin Scorsese; "The Birthday Cake," starring Ewan McGregor and Ashley Benson; and "Fatman," starring Mel Gibson and Walton Goggins. Kyle's debut film, "In Full Bloom," an ambitious boxing crime drama set in post-WWII Japan, won Best Film in competition at the 26th Edition of the Oldenburg International Film Festival in Germany, before going on to winning the Grand Jury Award (Nicolas Gonda serving as the head juror) at the 2020 Mammoth Film Festival. Recently, Kyle produced "The Comeback Trail," starring Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman, and Tommy Lee Jones. He is currently developing Hunter Adams' "Death Don't Have No Mercy," one of twenty projects that was selected for the Frontières International Co-Production Market in Montreal. It is recognized as one of the top 40 screenplays out of the 7,302 submitted to the 2019 Academy Nicholl Fellowship. The film is a 1980's coming-of-age gothic thriller set in the Louisiana Bayou during one of the hottest summers on record.
