On April 7 , the Shinkalion kids' robot anime franchise continues with Shinkalion Change the World . The crew is growing as we approach the show's debut, with three new cast members added today. The trio of new characters are part of Erda, the Evolutionary Railway Development Agency, which develops new Shinkalion technology and supports the robots' pilots. Up first is Agano Tsugawa, voiced by Yuji Murai (Scharf in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End ). Tsugawa is a researcher who develops new tech for the Shinkalion line.
