MARCIN NIERUBIEC is a composer and songwriter from Poland. He creates music for cinema, television and theatre.
He has written many hit songs for biggest Polish stars including Maryla Rodowicz, Krzysztof Krawczyk, Michal Bajor, Doda, Krzysztof Kiljanski, Izabela Trojanowska, Jerzy Polomski, Irena Jarocka, Jacek Wojcicki, Bohdan Lazuka, Kasia Cerekwicka, Katarzyna Skrzynecka, Liroy, Michal Wisniewski, Dj Adamus & Ada Szulc, Loka, Gromee and Norbi. He also wrote songs for international stars like rappers Snoop Dogg and Kurtis Blow (charity song "Hit rappers I") or No Mercy ("Shake it" duet with K. Nova). His song "Legend" performed by M. Mrozinski represented Poland at The Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo in 2010. He is the co-founder of Somaa and Co-Opera projects.
Albums with his music were platinum and gold selling.
His instrumental pieces were performed by famous Polish violinist Patrycja Piekutowska and outstanding pianists Stanislaw Drzewiecki and Jekaterina Drzewiecki.
He is the composer of the original score for feature movies: "Proste pragnienia" and "Studniowk@".
Nierubiec composed music to the documentary tv series "Poles in Rome and Vatican" for TVP2 - the Second Channel of Polish Television in 2014. He also created music for the documentary movie "JA" directed by nominated for Oscar Aneta Kopacz.
