Aquaslash is another product of the Canadian genre scene, another fantastic genre flick from the land that brought us the likes of He Knows You’re Alone, My Bloody Valentine, Antisocial and this years Fantasia Festival highlight The Oak Room.

A killer uses the unstoppable speed and sudden turns of water slides to their murderous advantage in the new trailer for Aquaslash, the latest film from director Renaud Gauthier (Discopathe).
A blood-splashed tribute to ’80s slashers, Aquaslash will have its world premiere this July at the Fantasia International Film Festival in Montreal.
Directed by Gauthier from a screenplay he co-wrote with Philip Kalin-Hajdu, Aquaslash stars Nicolas Fontaine, Brittany Drisdale, Madeline Harvey, and Paul Zinno.
