Yvonne Miranda

Yvonne Miranda comes from a diverse background with Persian, Trinidadian, Latino and European descendants. Most of her childhood was spent in North Carolina, where her family worked in the textile industry. She attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles and received her B. A degree in Broadcast News & Theatre Arts from Pepperdine University in Malibu. Her on-camera career began when she worked in Malibu as a local news anchor/reporter. Yvonne Miranda has four children and is married to model-turned professional photographer, Fred Miranda. The first year of their marriage she lived in Sao Paulo, Brazil where she became fluent in Portuguese while working as an English (ESL) teacher.
