Myth Mychels is a TV/Film actress with a passion for both the arts and social impact with a background in health care. Born in Romania, to Aromanian and Bulgarian parents Myth began her artistic journey at the age of 6, immersing herself in the rich tradition of Romanian theater. At 11, she immigrated with her family to Los Angeles, where she has become a prominent figure in the entertainment industry and health care advocacy.
Myth is known for playing mysterious rebels with soft centers making her well versed in film genres from dramas, to comedies, to horror. Her TV debut includes a guest star role on Lifetime Movie Network series The Haunted House on Hulu. In her lead role in the horror film Secret Santa Meet-Up Group, Myth portrays a powerful character who is one of the heroes of the story.. Additionally, her professional medical experience has landed her roles in the multi-award winning dark comedy, Papua directed by Johnny Rey Diaz (Best Short at the Nevada International Film Festival, Chandler International Film Festival, and Indie Memphis Film Festival) and has given her the opportunity to represent and endorse health care brands such as CAREISMA by Sofia Vergara and institutions such as UCLA Health. Her mysterious side allowed her to play a role in the award winning sci-fi film The Gazer about extraterrestrial beings.
Myth studied film production at Mount St. Mary's College in Los Angeles and was involved in bringing back theater, starring in the school's first theatrical play, Parallel Lives. She decided to expand her creative horizons by earning a Masters in Cinematic Media Production from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. This was a pivotal milestone that propelled her into the realm of film production and direction. Her award-winning directorial debut, a dramatic film, Silent Sound, garnered critical acclaim earning selections into multiple festivals and a prestigious screening at the renowned Chinese Theatre. The film was awarded Best Drama Short and Best Female Director, Best Acting Ensemble, Best Cinematography, and Best Original Score at the Independent Shorts Awards Festival.

Her substantial professional medical experience easily translates to medical procedural shows.
