Diva is a Portuguese actress and this is her real name, not an artistic one. Her Irish great grandmother gave her the opportunity to grow up as a bilingual as at home English had to be spoken. She also studied in an international school.
While studying, Diva got interested in the arts through dance at the age of 13. She quickly realized that the way to overcome her shyness was by dedicating herself to art. After a Musical Theatre experience, Diva has been studying continuoulsy since an early age in the pursuit of getting better each day in acting, allowing her to win the final year 12 graduation I.B certificate of "best student of the arts and culture" award. She studied for four years at ACT and AMA, both acting Schools focused in movies, TV and Theatre and attends Workshops frequently.
In the cinematic universe Diva was part of the cast mais cast of the Spanish co-production feature film ""Mala Persona" and starred in Angolan co-production "O Emigrante" both with premieres in 2024. She was also part of PT films like "Bem Bom", "Ladrões de Tuta e Meia" and shorts like "O Cupido", "Tartus", and "EDMUNDO. The actress did the Portuguese voice over of the animation film "Up and Away". The actress has been part of the cast of many TV series such as, "Festa é Festa", "Quero é Viver", "O Mundo Não Acaba Assim", "Amar Demais". In 2022 Diva starred in the cast of "Bully" TV movie for RTP, and was part of the cast of a the Netflix "Turn on Tide" series. In the Theatre Diva has integrated the cast of some plays, such as "A Cidade" of Luis Moreria and "A Midsummer Night's Dream" of Marco Medeiros, Palco13 Theatre Company.
