Ray Xue is an award-winning director and writer based in Toronto. He discovered his passion for cinema at an early age and has since dedicated himself to creating unique and impactful stories. His first film, "Fear," won Best Picture at the Santa Fe Short Film Festival in New Mexico. At the remarkable age of 18, he directed his first full-length feature, "Transcendent."
In 2012, Ray's team won first place in the 24-Hour Global Film Race, earning awards for directing and writing with their entry, "The Last One." His film "Extracurricular," released in 2018, received acclaim and was featured in festivals such as Toronto After Dark and London FrightFest.
Ray is passionate about the art of storytelling and continues to view the world through the lens of his camera.
