      M.Shane Abell is both a helicopter and small airplane pilot. He received his rotor-craft training at Vortex Helicopters in Gulfport MS, before hurricane Katrina leveled the facility. He attended Eastern Kentucky University pursuing an aviation degree where he received his fixed-wing training. Shane is also a skydiving enthusiast.
