NCIS season 21 introduced paranormal elements but narrowly avoided an alien twist in "Strange Invaders." The levitating killer turned out to be a powerful AI, highlighting a national security threat. The unresolved storyline from season 21 will likely continue in NCIS season 22, possibly involving the Tony & Ziva spinoff.
NCIS season 22 needs to pay off an outlandish storyline that almost broke the entire series. The story began in NCIS season 21, packed with enthralling moments despite a shortened season due to the WGA strike. NCIS season 21 delivered a tribute to the series' most senior cast member at the time, Dr. Donald Ducky Mallard, after David McCallum died at 90. The season also delivered the 1000th episode of the NCIS franchise. While that would have been more than enough for the 10-episode set, season 21 also introduced paranormal elements to the shared NCIS universe.
It's to be determined whether Jessica Knight will be around to weigh in...

The following contains major spoilers from NCIS Season 21, Episode 6, "Strange Invaders," which debuted Monday, April 1 on CBS.
NCIS may not have explicitly said it was doing an April Fool's episode, but "Strange Invaders" -- which coincidentally happens to air on April Fool's Day -- feels like one. The story involves the seemingly impossible murder of a Navy lieutenant shortly after he testifies before Congress about unexplained aerial phenomena (Uap). Therefore, a large part of the 42 minutes is filled up with jokes about terrifying alien invaders, as the NCIS team reveals who among them believes in extraterrestrials.
However, once the episode gets down to the actual truth of the crime, that's when it hits its stride. Audiences know that "Strange Invaders" has to have a logical explanation for the murder, and this one provides an unexpected emotional punch. Viewers simply have to wait to experience it as the first three acts are pulled in different directions,...

Interview with a Hitman is the début production by Perry Bhandal and stars a certain Luke Goss, who rose to fame as one half of 1980′s pop sensation Bros. Having appeared in a host of American titles such as Blade II, Hellboy II: The Golden Army and Death Race 2, it’s bound to be refreshing for the actor to return to his native country, and also to be in a film that isn’t a sequel.
Goss plays Viktor, an Eastern European assassin who takes a long, hard look at his life when being interviewed post-career, and although no longer a hitman, there seems to be some unfinished business that remains. He begins by analysing his very own childhood, where we see how the troubled child (played by Elliot Greene) first came to be involved in the darker side of the Romanian streets, as he slowly builds up somewhat of a notorious reputation,...
