Miranda is an American born Casting Director, Film and TV Producer. She opened her company, Miranda Davidson Studios, in the heart of the Middle East operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in UAE and Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Casting; she has leveraged her in-depth and unmatched knowledge of the region with her relationships in Hollywood and around the world. MD Studios has worked on films such as "Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning - Part One", "Kandahar", "Fast & the Furious 7", "Star Trek and Beyond", Brad Pitt's "War Machine" and Micheal Bay's "6 Underground".
In addition to Hollywood blockbusters she has worked on many regional productions; Emirati feature films including "Sea Shadow" directed by Nawaf Al Janahi and "Happy Birthday Younis" starring Nabil Sawalha. She cast the Saudi female coming of age story "Norah" as well as in Doha on Kanye West's "Cruel Summer" bringing legendary actors from the Arab region such as Hayat Al Fahad and Ali Suleiman.
Producing; Miranda has now fearlessly stepped into the world of Production. With the nuts and bolts knowledge of how to navigate the regional landscape; culturally, economically and politically, her vision is to put a broader stamp on the spectrum of projects being produced in the Middle East.
