Jennifer Lynne Jorgenson was born on April 8, 1986 in Denver Colorado, to Jon and Laurel (Schaefer) Jorgenson. Jon an insurance salesman, and Laurel a stay at home mom worked hard to support Jen and her two siblings Emily and Tyler.
From an early age, Jen has always had a fascination for acting as she would prop her self up on her parents bed watching Sesame Street and Barney and wanting to be a child actor. So, her parents enrolled her into dance classes where Jen began gracing the stage with her pirouettes and Maxi Ford's when she was just 5 years old. Her passion for performance exploded when she studied theatre arts at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, focusing on theatre and music, her voice as her chosen instrument. Jen held her own not only on stage, but also in the pool; as she was an NCAA Division II swimmer.
A natural born athlete, Jen has extensive background in anything sports. Growing up, Jen was always physically active, pursuing dance, swimming, basketball, softball, track and field, tennis, volleyball, yoga, cross fit and weightlifting, to name a few.
Jen has traveled the world and back again with The Jeremiah People Theatre Company, and Rhema Theatre Company. Shortly after tour, she decided to shift her focus from stage to film and began to study under Actors Menu 5280 with Michael Nucchio and with Patrick Sheridan and his studio Advanced Acting for the Camera in Denver, Colorado.
After realizing and confirming that Acting was what Jen was made to do, she quit her job, and uprooted herself to Atlanta Georgia, where she now resides.
Recent credits include Innocent Sleep (2015) and Inner Dimension (2015).
