Todd Weinstein(II)

Todd Weinstein co-heads Del Shaw's Unscripted and Alternative Practice group where he focuses on entertainment transactional law overseeing and advising clients with deal making, development and production initiatives. He represents a dynamic range of clients including executives, production companies, executive producers, creators, writers, directors, on-camera talent and brands counseling each one with a personal interest in their long-terms goals. As a trusted advisor, he takes a hands-on approach when it comes to understanding and implementing his clients' goals and how, when and where they will best be served.

Todd also tackles the rapidly developing digital and new media landscape with a combination of proactive strategy and solution-based thinking so clients can navigate the trends of the evolving space and their opportunities within it. His entrepreneurial spirit transcends traditional lawyer/client norms and, much like the arena of entertainment in which he specializes, goes beyond convention and into creative collaboration.

Passionate about his work, Todd enjoys being on the ground floor with his clients. He believes at the heart of any successful business lies the human connection which must be supported by a network of dedicated individuals armed and ready to turn the potential into the possible. At the firm, Todd finds that connection and support which allow him to effectively and efficiently serve his clients.

Innately attracted to the industry since his childhood, Todd moved to Los Angeles to work in entertainment where he spent time at a major talent agency and later became the Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel at 3 Ball Entertainment overseeing the company's business and legal affairs, and all corporate and legal operations. Today, Todd lives with his wife, two sons and two dogs in the South Bay.
