An Architect by trade, Jacob Livermore quickly found that the pen and
paper wasn't going to suffice his creative hunger. Leaving his masters
in Architecture behind, Jacob taught himself everything he knows about
film. Bold in his aspirations, Jacob produced his first feature film
The Little Things in 2010, which received a string of awards in the US,
including Grand Jury Winner at Alaska International Film Awards, Best
Film at The Indie Fest, Best Film at Maryland Internaitonal Film
Festival and Best Film at Toronto Film and Video Awards. Consquently,
Jacob found himself as Director's Assistant and right hand man to PJ
Hogan (Muriel's Wedding, My Best Friend's Wedding) in the 2011
production Mental.
2012 saw Jacob associate produce and cut Conscience for Cambodia, a documentary feature film which as already won Best Doco at the Third World International Film Festival in SanFran, where it premiered. His latest feature film as producer is thriller Tailgate.
Add to this an assortment of production roles across hundreds of television commercials and numerous movies and television series his dedication to film making is relentless.
