Jan Hlavác is a former professional Czech ice hockey player who most recently played for Linköpings HC of the Swedish Elitserien. He has played at the National Hockey League level for the New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Vancouver Canucks, Carolina Hurricanes, Tampa Bay Lightning and Nashville Predators.
