Gwenhwyfar Reagan Hardy

Born in the United States; grew up in Southern Germany until age 6 when she and her family returned to the States, Gwenhwyfar was a soccer player, gymnast in elementary school and later cheerleader throughout high school. She danced professionally as a belly dancer in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., and later studying dance style/techniques from Countries that were located along the Old Silk Road; namely, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Macedonia, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, and Egypt. Gwenhwyfar progressed under the tutelage of Ms. Laurel Gray and the People's Artist of Uzbekistan- Qizlarhon Dustmukhamedova to become a soloist for the Silk Road Dance Company. Through this company, Gwenhwyfar met a film start-up community and traveled with them to Los Angeles, CA to aid in the creation of a female-led-historical drama. In addition to helping this company, Gwenhwyfar expanded her knowledge base and community by studying acting as well and dance in Los Angeles. Once her work was complete on the film start-up, Gwenhwyfar choose to stay in Los Angeles and continue her studies. In addition to studying, she danced/performed with many musicians and bands on some of the most famous venues/stages of Los Angeles; including the Troubadour, the Hollywood Bowl, Avalon, and the Ford Amphitheatre. Gwenhwyfar began doing extra work and then stand-in work for films while commencing her study of the art of acting; she continued her studies of guitar, tango, aerial silks, and fire-performing. From her performances and showcases, Gwenhwyfar found acting representation for commercial and film projects; this enabled her to use her talents in dance and circus arts in both live performances and film productions. Once Gwenhwyfar found the Warner Loughlin Studio, her acting found its stride; she started leading in film and series work. Gwenhwyfar resides and works in both Los Angeles and Atlanta as an actress.
