Paolo Nutini

Half Scottish and half Italian.
He first started singing publicly in his school choir.
Worked for a friend's band as a roadie, vendor, and sometimes a supporting act.
His family has lived in Paisley, Scotland for at least four generations.
His parents own a fish and chip shop in Paisley which was opened by his great-grandfather.
Was a member of Pace Youth Theatre. Other members included Barry McKay, Shauna MacDonald, James McAvoy and Gordon McCorkell.
