Village Roadshow Television is developing a scripted series and a two-part docuseries based on the story of convicted serial killer William Dathan Holbert, better known as “Wild Bill,” who is currently serving 47 years in prison for murdering at least five American expatriates.
The company recently acquired the rights to an unpublished memoir by Scott McAda, who Wild Bill attempted to frame for his crimes, as well as “The Jolly Roger Social Club,” a book about the murders by journalist Nick Foster.
Per Village Roadshow, the two series tell the story of “a tropical ex-pat community in Panama’s Bocas del Toro, where a wealthy American retiree is framed for multiple murders by a serial killer.”
Chris Goldberg, who produces Village Roadshow’s previously announced upcoming podcast “Natural Selection: Scott vs. Wild Bill” on behalf of Winterlight Pictures, pursued the story of Wild Bill for a decade, eventually bringing together Foster and McAda’s books.

Online dating can be a minefield. Your feelings can get hurt. Your confidence can be shaken. Your time can be wasted. And you can wander into a maelstrom of murder, arson, and identity theft that leaves you questioning your previously established reality. This is the point at which a situation morphs from social annoyance to Netflix true crime documentary.
Lover, Stalker, Killer, whose title practically screams “edgy true crime doc!,” is a sort of tech-age cautionary tale about what can happen when you go looking for love on all the wrong websites.

"Thunderbirds Are Go Series 2" New Double CD and Digital download: Release date: 23rd August 2019. CD: SILCD1604, Digital album: SILED1604
By Darren Allison
Ben and Nick Foster’s updated soundtrack to the iconic TV series, featuring synths, electronics and full orchestra follows Barry Gray’s heritage by employing a vast array of brass and percussion. Thus, there is a significant Bondesque quality about it.
Making good use of leitmotifs to signal characters, moods and machines, the composing duo have created a completely up to date, big cinematic sound, whilst retaining reverence for the original.
Thunderbirds Are Go is now screened in more than 40 countries worldwide and Silva Screen's third compilation from the series features music from Series 2. The music from the series has previously received a BAFTA nomination.
