Earlier in 2016, Matt Clarke and David Milchard -- the creators and stars of Convos With My 2 Year Old -- announced their plan to venture beyond the web series that made them Internet famous by releasing additional shows on a new channel, CocoMilkTV.
Now, Clarke and Milchard have shared two new shows, and other of them comes with plenty of holiday spirit. It’s called Santa & Jesus Roommates, and as its title implies, it imagines what would happen if two of Christianity’s most important figures co-habitated with one another.
In the first episode of Santa & Jesus, Santa (Michael P. Northey) gets grossed after Jesus (Clarke) brings home a leper and treats him on the couch. Jesus uses that criticism as an opportunity to reprimand his roommate regarding his personal cleanliness (or lack thereof).

Funny, frightening, and downright addictive, CocoMilkTV’s web series Paranormal Solutions Inc. (Psi) treated viewers to hilarious encounters with zombies, a ghost, the demonically possessed, and even Sasquatch in its first season. With all eight episodes (and plenty of bonus content) now available to view on CocoMilkTV’s YouTube channel, we caught up with Psi co-creators/writers/actors David Milchard and Nicholas Carella in our latest Q&A feature to reflect on Season 1 and briefly discuss a potential second season.
Thanks for taking the time to answer some questions for us, and congratulations on a hilarious and immensely entertaining first season of Paranormal Solutions Inc. Where did the idea for this show come from, and how long had it been in the works?
Nicholas Carella: David and I had just come off working together on the improvised film Afterparty in 2012, and we liked working together and were chewing on...

From the Press Release: “Paranormal Solutions Inc. follows Jared (David Milchard, Streamy Award Winner, Best Actor in a Comedy), the straight-laced co-founder of Paranormal Solutions Inc. who is looking to rebrand the company to no longer specialize in ghosts exclusively by creating the slogan, “We believe in Everything!” Sarah (Julia Benson), Jared’s ex and co-founder, is not completely on board with the rebranding idea, but appreciates the new business that’s drummed up.

In 2013, Matt Clarke and David Milchard scored a hit with Convos With My 2 Year Old, in which Milchard combined the adorable sayings of Clarke’s two-year-old daughter with his own adult body and mannerisms. Almost immediately, Clarke and Milchard vaulted to YouTube stardom, and they now have nearly 800,000 subscribers.
Three years later, Clarke and Milchard are still cranking out new Convos (they’re on season six now), but at the same time, they are branching out. They have launched a new channel called Cocomilk TV, on which they are working with various producers to explore new projects. Specifically, a press release describes Cocomilk as “a platform that will specialize in formats and be a venue for audiences who are looking for unique, irreverent and good-ole- silly-fun- time content.”
The first show to arrive on Cocomilk is Paranormal Solutions, which premiered in April. It is a comedy about occult investigators, a la Deadbeat or Ghost Ghirls,...

In 2014, Steve Adams and Sean Horlor launched a channel called Shift, on which they “test different styles of popular YouTube videos to prove if there's a formula to YouTube success.” After several months of gathering data, Adams and Horlor have put together a documentary short about their work on YouTube. “Shift: YouTube Star,” which shares details about the duo’s work online, also includes plenty of tips for aspiring channel owners and includes interviews with YouTube success stories like Pamaj, Convos With My 2-Year-Old, and Ifht.
Adams and Horlor, who are based in the Vancouver area, based “Shift: YouTube Star” off their personal experiences on YouTube. On their Shift channel, they have posted everything from travel vlogs to celebrity gossip, with varying levels of success. YouTube has no shortage of grown men acting like children, but a new web series has introduced one of the most popular manchildren we've ever seen on the site. Creator and father Matt Clarke has launched Convos With My 2 Year Old, which twists his interactions with his young daughter by running them through the mouth of a fully grown man. Convos With My 2 Year Old runs on the conceit that kids say the darndest things, which has always been a great way to get views on YouTube. The show gets that much funnier when you throw in the deadpan delivery of actor David Milchard, who plays Clarke's child. I thought Milchard's pink hair clip was a nice little touch. In less than a week, Convos With My 2 Year Old has scored more than 3.6 million views, with the series' channel bringing in more than 62,000 subscribers. Commenters on the debut episode are clamoring for more content,...
