Stanley Ho was born on 25 November 1921 in Hong Kong, British Overseas Territory (now Hong Kong, China). He was married to Clementina Angela Leitão, Leong On-kei, Lucina Azul Jean Ying and Ina Chan. He died on 26 May 2020 in Hong Kong.
He held a four-decade monopoly on casinos in Macau until it opened to foreign companies in 2002. He was the wealthiest person in the former Portuguese colony.
