Jay Marks is a filmmaker born and raised in Los Angeles, California, who has worked steadily in the entertainment industry for over two decades.

For several years, he was one of the leading producers for Starz-Anchor Bay Entertainment and has had extensive experience in all aspects of filmmaking, from story development to post-production. He has also directed multiple well-received short films and written several highly-regarded scripts for both features and event series, which are in various stages of development.

Jay predominantly specializes in high-octane action projects with an emphasis on dense world-building, complex characters and propulsive inventively-plotted narratives.
