Dr. Jennifer Sellers, Ph.D., was born in Texas and spent her childhood in the piney woods of East Texas. She grew up in Texarkana, Texas where she graduated from Texas Senior High School. She was a strong athlete and participated in pageants, acting, choir, musicals, band, cheerleading, and debate. Dr. Sellers was known to be the entertainer, comedian, and jokester of her friends and family. After graduating high school, she went to college and spent her time studying the social sciences and continued her interest in the arts outside of her studies. She went on to become a police officer and furthered her studies in clinical and forensic psychology. Dr. Sellers' newest venture is as a female EMT In M. Night Shyamalan's production 'Caddo Lake' directed by Celine Held and Logan George. She will be joined on film by her husband, Jody Sellers, cast as a Sheriff deputy. Jennifer has also starred as a lead in a short-film produced by Generation Hope Studios, 'A Mother's Worst Nightmare'. Dr. Sellers spends her time consulting on clinical and forensic psychological projects and she enjoys using her extensive psychological skill set and the arts to help adults and adolescents suffering from PTSD.
