Son of Gail and Robert Donovan, Conor was born in Rye, NY, and grew up in New Canaan, CT.
He fell in love with acting at a very young age beginning professionally at twelve years old with a role in the Broadway production of "Our Town" starring Paul Newman in 2003. Conor has appeared in feature films, Broadway and Off-Broadway theatre productions, television shows, and independent films. Conor has been recognized for his acting on multiple occasions, from a Theatre World Award (2014) for his portrayal of "Charlie" in Paul Weitz's "Privilege" to a Best Actor Award for his role in "EVOL" at the North Hollywood CineFest in 2016.
In 2008, Conor attended Northwestern University, where he majored in United States History.
