I suppose following the same format every weekend would make Judge From Hell slightly boring, so this week we got some new plot twists to make things more interesting. I’m not complaining, especially because we even get an interesting series of artworks to depict some serious stuff that went down in hell. Now, Da-On already knows that Bit-Na had something to do with the murders, but all he needs is evidence. Is he able to get that evidence in this episode? And if so, what will he do with it, because who’s going to believe him? On the other hand, the case in this week’s episodes is quite violent, but it also raises the question of whether Bit-Na is doing the right thing. With that said, let’s jump straight into episodes 5 and 6.
Spoiler Alert

The Apprentice director Ali Abbasi observes in a new Entertainment Weekly profile that Sebastian Stan has a way of making unsympathetic "douchebag" characters likable. Well, there is perhaps no less sympathetic douchebag alive today than Donald Trump, though it's hard to imagine making him appear likable at this stage. "It's funny,...

Sebastian Stan thinks "there’s a Trump in all of us" after playing the controversial figure in ‘The Apprentice’.The 42-year-old actor stars as the former US president in the upcoming drama, and now Stan has said everyone can relate to Donald Trump "to some extent" because we all have "darker elements that live within us".Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, he said: "I think that there's a Trump in all of us to some extent. I know that might not be a popular thing to say, or people maybe don't want to admit it."It's important for us to explore perhaps the darker elements that live within all of us so that by bringing them into the light, we can understand how to have a better relationship with them rather than suppressing and avoiding and pretending that they're not there."I think that’s where the value is because I...

Eiichiro Oda’s magnum opus is home to countless fan theories; the mangaka has kept his fans wondering about the secret behind the most alluring treasure of all, that is, the One Piece. However, the mangaka has been focusing on Imu-Sama, the mysterious figure, who is believed to be the final villain that would stand in Luffy’s way to becoming the King of the Pirates.

Netflix revealed a behind-the-scenes first look on Thursday of Season 2 of “The Sandman,” the ongoing adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s DC graphic novel series, as part of the streamer’s Geeked Week promotional efforts. The season will involve the “Season of Mists” storyline from the comics, in which Lucifer (Gwendoline Christie) abdicates control of Hell and presents Morpheus, aka Dream (Tom Sturridge), with the key to its gates, causing many immortals to try to convince Morpheus to give the key to them.

There’s just no keeping those crazy college co-eds from getting their hands all over each other in the most toxic ways. This show shouldn’t be called Tell Me Lies. It should be called “Feed Me Poison.”
These kids are toting around a major amount of trauma and emotional scars. What’s that thing that people who think they are psychologists always say? Oh, right. Hurt people hurt people.
Regarding the characters in Tell Me Lies, the writers are unafraid to put these drama-prone kids through the wringer.

Because no ‘80s movie is immune to the Hollywood reboot trend (a $20 million-per-episode prestige TV remake of Weird Science will surely happen any day now), we’re now getting a new version of The ‘Burbs, the 1989 Tom Hanks comedy about a gang of middle-class suburbanites who begin to suspect that their new “Slavic” neighbors are murderous Satanic cultists.
Play
As we’ve pointed out before, The ‘Burbs has arguably never been more relevant, coming at a time when conspiracy theories are as rampant as ever, and American xenophobia has been cranked up to 11. And while the original was clearly riffing on the “Satanic Panic” paranoia of the 1980s, we’re currently living at a time when everything from Taylor Swift concerts to restaurants at Disney World have been accused of promoting demonic messaging.
At least people seem to have backed off from the idea that He-Man toys and Smurf dolls are the handiwork of Lucifer.

Tell Me Lies season 2 is finally here, and that means new episodes each week to give us our fix of the Hulu drama. The first season had a lot of twists, turns, and of course lies and I'm sure the second won't be any different. The first two episodes were released on premiere day (episode 2 review here). Let's review season 2 episode 1, "You Got a Reaction, Didn't You?" Spoilers Below.

One of the biggest shockers we were left with last season is the fact that Stephen and Lucy's (former?) best friend Lydia are now together and engaged. The first episode is definitely an establishing one overall as we see what happens next at this party leading up to Evan and Bree's wedding.
While Lucy is rightfully angry and annoyed at the two of them together, an intriguing scene happens later in the episode where Lydia tells Lucy, "I...

While some find the title to be criminally underrated, others tend to find it to be a ghastly watch. The latter reason stands out prominently because the show tends to follow a simple pattern of how the protagonists would not only defeat the villains of the arc but also humiliate them, to the point that it ruined the essence of the overall story.
A fan took to social media to share how Tabata-San has consistently followed the same recipe, listing the names of the villains that have been defeated using the same notion.

If you’re a fan of the Hallmark Mystery movies then you’re in for a treat. The holiday juggernaut is presenting a new offering in the form of “The Case of Mystery Lane”, brand new film! In a recent interview, the stars Aimee Garcia and Paul Campbell discussed just what they liked about the new film in question.
If you’re wondering where you may have seen these guys before, Garcia was previously on Lucifer and Campbell was in the movie “Death by Listening”, but if you hang around the Hallmark channel, he is apparently a hunky staple. Ahem.
Hallmark Channel – Let’s Meet The Cases
The two portray Birdie and Alden Case, a married couple who, at first glance, seem to have nothing in common except for their common goal of solving murders. Yet, in this movie they are exploring the prospect of falling in love with their significant other all over again.

There have been many mangakas who put in a lot of thought with regard to their characters, the names they hold, and the lore they possess. Gege Akutami and Eiichiro Oda stand as two prominent figures who often incorporate some of the deepest connections into the making of their characters. While there are some who would name their characters cleverly, others also add significance to that wit.

There’s a realm where demons play tag with ghosts, and the highways stretch as far as the imagination can wander. This is the universe of Supernatural, a show like no other. Eric Kripke’s Supernatural is one of the shows you just cannot get tired of. I mean, it went on for well over a decade yet the fanbase remained as strong as ever. We loved dividing ourselves into Sam or Dean’s teams with, of course, the occasional appreciation of our favorite angel, Castiel. There was just so much happening in the show that it was difficult to lose interest.

Who doesn't love a little drama in their life? Well, maybe not in your life, but in the shows you watch on Netflix. Thankfully, there's no shortage of great shows to escape into on each platform, but Netflix might boast some of the best and continues to add the best, too.
While serial dramas and quick-binge limited series are what everyone wants these days, you just can't beat a procedural. The case-of-the-week format still holds on strong on broadcast television, and some streamers are even starting to adopt the time-tested format.

Ride the "Black Chariot" - A Hitchcockian Horror of Vengeance and Retribution: "Hex Studios is excited to announce Black Chariot, an intense and deeply disturbing supernatural horror directed by Lawrie Brewster, inspired by the macabre genius of Alfred Hitchcock. Drawing from Hitchcock's dark thrillers like Rebecca (1942) and Psycho (1960), Brewster seeks to invoke Hitchcock's spirit, combined with his love of classic film noir and Val Lewton’s atmospheric slow-burn horrors.
Director Lawrie Brewster shared, “My childhood was spent haunted and mesmerized by the romantic and seductive veil Hitchcock cast over me. It shaped my vision of horror, sensuality, and my understanding of fear and obsession. I am thrilled to finally produce a horror film that combines my love for the genre with inspirations drawn from his incomparable genius. Creating a period film and a love letter to that era, in a portrayal of horror that is as hauntingly beautiful as it is terrifying,...

When a movie enters the post-production stage, a lot of changes can happen that make the film unrecognizable. Plot points can be added or removed, and that is when the film truly begins to take shape. This can also involve cutting out entire characters for the sake of making the film better. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened to Michelle Monaghan in Constantine.
Tom Cruise and Michelle Monaghan in Mission: Impossible 3 I Paramount Pictures
The 2005 film, starring Keanu Reeves, was certainly iconic in many ways. However, there was one key element that the producers ended up cutting out in post-production; Monaghan’s character. While this change was done internally and helped give the film the theme they were looking for, fans cannot help but be upset that it was done at the expense of the actress.

This post contains spoilers for "Longlegs."
So, you finally dared to watch the most terrifying horror movie of the year, "Longlegs." Despite the fact the film wraps up its central mystery quite neatly by the end, you likely have some questions about director Osgood Perkins' nightmarish supernatural serial killer tale. Who exactly was Longlegs before he was co-opted by the devil? Why is he called Longlegs? Was the devil just behind everything the whole time?
These questions and more will be answered here, as we delve into the nitty gritty of this certified horror hit. "Longlegs" quickly became horror's biggest box office surprise of the year, making an incredible $22 million in its opening weekend (its highest projection prior to that was $15 million), and dropping just 48% in its second weekend. That might not seem all that impressive, but this is a huge debut for a horror movie, no doubt propelled by...

Is Evil getting soft on us now? Because a big chunk of “How to Survive a Storm” seems like fan service; not that I’m complaining. But if they had to take it a little easy and answer some burning questions living rent free in our heads since season 1, Evil couldn’t have chosen a better episode to do so. There’s a heartbreaking death awaiting us in the 10th episode of the final season. The only comfort is that she died fighting and was forgiven for all her misdoings.

Does anyone remember the Satanic panic? It was a bizarre mix of urban legend, conspiracy theory, media frenzy, and religious fanaticism that occurred primarily in the early 1980s. The phenomenon was marked by thousands of alleged incidents of ritualized abuse, often involving children, and desecrations reportedly perpetrated across the nation by scores of so-called Satanic cults in towns and cities everywhere. While many of the reports were later found to be baseless—and the initial investigative techniques used to supposedly substantiate them discredited—the aftermath of the panic remains with us today in the shape of things such as QAnon and PizzaGate.
The roots of the Satanic panic were found in the late 1960s and ‘70s, thanks to books like The Satan Seller, social changes like the rise of the counterculture in the national zeitgeist, infamous events like the Manson Family murders, the introduction of new religions into American society,...

What if God is terrible at his job and he needs to be taught a lesson? How about transforming him into a cat and making him live in a regular American family? One doesn’t simply come up with an idea as genius as this one unless they’re on something. The makers of Netflix’s Exploding Kittens, a nine-episode adult animation comedy series, do one up this by adding the daughter of Satan into the mix. The series is adapted from a widely popular board game I haven’t heard about before, but now I’m very curious to look into it. How’s the show, though? In this article, we’re going to look into that. But let us first recap the plot of the series a bit.

He’s not just a cat, he’s God.
In Exploding Kittens, the eternal conflict between Good and Evil gets a bit hiss-terical when both God and the Devil are sent to Earth in the bodies of chunky house cats. Stop-motion animation is responsible for some of the most heartwarming moments in the history of film, but even the most ardent fan of Claymation has to admit that there’s something inherently uncanny about puppetry where you can’t see the strings. The very act of bringing an inanimate humanoid figure to life recalls spooky tales of monsters and dark sorcery, so it’s not surprising that stop-motion has also been used as a tool to scare.
And with modern media like The Shivering Truth and Robert Morgan’s Stopmotion reminding us that animation can convey terror just as easily as cartoony laughs, we’ve decided to come up with a list celebrating six of the scariest stop-motion effects in horror.
For the purposes of this list, we’ll be considering any film that utilizes stop-motion to bring a character to life, be it as a brief photo-realistic special effect or traditional animation.

Over the years, Supernatural became such a hit that The CW executives made it clear that the show would continue until stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki got tired of it.
In one of the interviews, Padalecki admitted that this moment came during the filming of the thirteenth season. He and Jensen talked and decided that the fifteenth season would end the story of the Winchester brothers.
The final opponent proved to be more than fitting. After dealing with Lucifer, leviathans, Crowley, Crowley's mother, Metatron, and so on, the Winchesters came face-to-face with God himself, who turned out to be the main culprit in their misadventures.

There's nothing quite like a TV show that features our protagonists watching another, somewhat random TV show. In "The Sopranos," Tony at one point unwinds with an episode of "Gilmore Girls." In "Community," pop culture superfan Abed gets really, really into the ABC sitcom "Cougar Town." And in "Family Guy," the Griffin family watches, well, everything.
"Lucifer," the cult favorite supernatural series that aired from 2016 to 2021, took the TV-show-in-a-tv-show trope one step further by using a different primetime series as the catalyst for one of its best callbacks. In a season 3 plot, Luci (Tom Ellis) refuses to sleep after learning that he may be moonlighting as a guardian angel in a fantastical take on sleepwalking. He stays up for a week straight, binge-watching 12 seasons of the always-gross, always-shippable hit forensics drama "Bones" all the while, and even resurfaces with a new nickname for Chloe (Lauren German).

Spoiler Alert: This interview contains spoilers from “See You Sometime,” the series finale of The CW’s “Walker.”
In 2000, at the age of 17, Jared Padalecki landed the role of Dean Forester, the first love of Alexis Bledel’s Rory Gilmore, on the hit family dramedy series “Gilmore Girls.” Originally contracted for only four episodes, Padalecki went on to appear in the first five seasons of “Gilmore” and then booked “Supernatural” — both of which debuted on The WB before surviving the transition to The CW in 2006.
For the better part of the next two decades, Padalecki would emerge as the face of The CW. After playing Sam Winchester — one-half of a dynamic duo of monster-hunting brothers — for 15 seasons on “Supernatural,” the actor became the star and executive producer of “Walker,” a modern-day reimagining of the hit ’90s series that featured Chuck Norris as a high-kicking Texas Ranger. But following the cancellation of “Walker” last month,...
