Frank Muni is an actor, known for numerous Feature, independent and Short film roles and acting for the film department of N.Y.U. Frank was born the youngest of three children on February 23, in Queens, New York, USA. His father, Frank was a bridge and tunnel officer for the T.B.T.A, and his mother, Dorothy , was a 3rd grade elementary teacher. Frank moved to Long Island, New York as a child. He attended and graduated from Deer Park high school. Frank went on to join his father as a bridge and tunnel officer for the TBTA and then transferred over to the N.Y.P.D. He retired with the rank of detective in 2014 after serving the city of New York for twenty nine years. Frank has one child.

Frank started his passion for acting in 2017 with The American Art Theatre -The Actor's workshop of Huntington, New York under the teaching of Rick Imberman. Frank then continued his studies of acting from September of 2018 to the present day at "Take 2 Actor's Studio" in Huntington, New York. Frank has study under Regina Schneider and Lynn Antunovich. Frank has performed numerous theatrical showcase performances from the "Take 2 Actor's Studio. In July of 2021 Frank was cast as "Willie" in the original play "Case Closed: The Dorian Corey Story". At the Gene Frankel theatre located in Manhattan, New York.
