- Greta Ferro was born in Vasto in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Her father Giuseppe is an entrepreneur and owner of the pasta brand La Molisana, and her mother Gilda is a university professor. After graduating from high school in Campobasso, she moved to Milan where she attended the business school at Bocconi University. She started her career as a model in Milan, but at the same time took courses at the Paolo Grassi Civic Theatre School. Her first acting job was a short film for Armani in 2018, which led to her breakthrough role of Irene in Made in Italy (2019).
