In a new interview, Michael Gandolfini clarified if he was down to reprise the younger version of the character his father played in the HBO drama series.

“Look, it’s David’s universe,” he told Entertainment Tonight, mentioning the show’s creator. “It’s up to David, ultimately. I know that David’s working on some other things, not Sopranos-related, which would be exciting.”

Michael Gandolfini added that he would “love” to work with David Chase again but didn’t think the character of Tony would return.

“I think Tony’s probably set to rest now for good, but who knows, who knows — but my guess would be, that character [has] now closed the book on that,” he said.

John Cena's Matchbox movie has added a third actor from the Marvel Cinematic Universe to its cast. Corey Stoll, who portrayed Darren Cross/Yellowjacket/M.O.D.O.K. in the Ant-Man movies, has become the latest actor to join Matchbox.

Deadline was the first to report Stoll's casting. At this time, his role remains under wraps. While he is perhaps best known on the big screen for his villainous MCU role, Stoll's film credits include Non-Stop, Driven, First Man, The Many Saints of Newark, West Side Story, and Rebel Moon. The actor also has quite a few prominent credits on the small screen, including starring roles in Law & Order: LA, House of Cards, and Billions. He also recently wrapped opposite Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks on The Better Sister, a new thriller series for Prime Video, based on the novel by Alafair Burke.

Zack Snyder is at it again, dividing critics with his new animated series Twilight of the Gods. Based on Norse mythology, Twilight of the Gods follows Sigrid (Sylvia Hoeks) as she swears bloody revenge against Thor (Pilou Asbaek) and the rest of the Asgardian deities. The series is Snyder's sixth partnership with Netflix, and the director's first full foray into animation, and, in true Zack Snyder fashion, critics can't agree with their opinions of the show.

The early reviews for Twilight of the Gods are a mixed bag. The majority of reviews have called the series an up-and-down affair. According to critics, Twilight of the Gods combines beautiful visuals (a staple of Snyder's movies) with an undercooked story that lacks narrative depth. However, some critics absolutely adore the show. Steve Seigh of JoBlo wrote, "Twilight of the Gods is a brilliantly bloody and well-crafted epic that brings promise to the filmmakers foray into animation.

Movie lovers will know that Zack Snyder is a very divisive personality in the world of cinema, as you either love his movies or you hate them. With Snyder, there is no in-between; his vision is so specific that you will either like it completely and enjoy his movies or think it completely ridiculous and consider his movies a failure.

There are numerous projects we could cite, but that would take too long. After the recent failure of Rebel Moon, many believed that Snyder’s career was on its way to oblivion, but it seems that his latest project, the animated series Twilight of the Gods, is doing well and might just usher in some new life into his career.

Snyder's work has rarely gone over well with critics, but his last Netflix collaboration - the Rebel Moon movies - really came in for a drubbing. So far, Twilight of the Gods has fared a lot better.

Following several brief teasers, Netflix (via Toonado.com) has released an action-packed full trailer for Zack Snyder's adult animated Norse mythology series, Twilight of the Gods, which is set to premiere on the streaming service on September 19.

This "blood, sex and dragons" promo makes it abundantly clear that this will not be a show for the whole family, as a mortal warrior named Sigrid wages war against Loki, Thor and all of their fellow Asgardian gods in extremely violent fashion while also taking care of some other business in the bedroom.

We’ve known all along that director Zack Snyder intended to release extended, R-rated director’s cuts of his movies Rebel Moon: Part One – A Child of Fire (read our review Here) and Rebel Moon: Part Two – The Scargiver (read our review of that one Here), which were rated PG-13 in their shorter form. Snyder said that there would be an hour of extra content in each of these director’s cuts – and now the Netflix listings for the director’s cuts, which sport the titles Rebel Moon – Chapter One: Chalice of Blood and Rebel Moon – Chapter Two: Curse of Forgiveness have revealed just how much more Rebel Moon we’re going to be getting when these versions of the movies drop onto the streaming service on August 2nd. Rebel Moon – Chapter One: Chalice of Blood has a running time of 3 hours and 24 minutes, a full 70 minutes longer than the A Child of Fire cut.

Neither of Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon movies received an overly warm response from critics or, for that matter, sci-fi fans. Now, though, both Part One: A Child of Fire and Part Two: The Scargiver are getting a second chance on Netflix with R-Rated director's cuts.

According to the Justice League helmer, these will allow fans to "experience Rebel Moon the way I've envisioned it," a peculiar statement when the first two versions being released on streaming (rather than in theaters) should have meant Snyder had the creative freedom to do as he saw fit.

Of particular note, the Rebel Moon Director’s Cuts will be rated “R,” packed with the bloody violence that wasn’t found in the PG-13 versions of the two movies now on Netflix. We’ve been promised “brutal bloody violence and gore, sexual content, graphic nudity and language.”

Kevin Conroy's voice can be heard in his final performance as Batman in the new animated movie Crisis on Infinite Earths - Part Three. Looking back, DC Animated Universe executive producer Butch Lukic reflected on Conroy recording his lines for what turned out to be his last hurrah as the Dark Knight.

Per ComicBookMovie.com, Lukic shared how it was even joked about during the recording session that Conroy was recording Batman lines for the final time. However, it wasn't truly intended at the time for that to be the final performance of Conroy as the character. Lukic noted how nobody knew at the time that Conroy was ill, and he's not even sure if the voice actor himself was aware just yet.
