Jacqueline Kelly is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified General Accountant, providing private consulting services to the entertainment finance industry. She has been involved with more than 150 television and film projects and has produced and executive produced over 20 feature films and television series. In addition to her own slate, Jacqueline is regularly engaged by producers, financiers/investors, banks and professional firms to advise on production matters. She has extensive knowledge of government agency incentives and structuring, financing and managing domestic and international film and television productions.
Jacqueline served as Head of Finance for GFT Entertainment, VP of Finance and Corporate Affairs for Catalyst Entertainment Inc., VP of P.S. Production Services, VP of Primedia Productions Limited.
Preceding her involvement in film and television, Jacqueline worked in book publishing and in music manufacturing and publishing. She is a regular speaker at industry panels and mentors emerging producers through educational seminars.
Jacqueline received her Chartered General Accountant designation from The Certified General Accountants Association of Canada in 1999.
