Viktor Tsoy was born on 21 June 1962 in Leningrad, RSFSR, USSR [now St. Petersburg, Russia]. He was an actor and composer, known for The Needle (1988), The Fool (2014) and Hipsters (2008). He was married to Marianna Tsoy. He died on 15 August 1990 in Tukums, Latvian SSR, USSR [now Latvia].
